My fitness journey began in 2008 when I started as a Swim Instructor, a role that later evolved into that of a Swim Coach in 2009. In 2014, I expanded my expertise into the realm of Personal Training, and in 2021, I took on the role of an olympic Weightlifting Coach.

My passion lies in empowering and educating individuals in fitness and nutrition. In terms of expertise, my specialization lies in Strength & Conditioning, with a foundation rooted in Swimming, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting. With a comprehensive background in the fitness industry, my proficiency spans a wide range of areas, encompassing HIIT, functional fitness, kettlebell training, rehabilitation exercises, senior fitness, strength training, weight loss, and TRX training.

    This certification was mainly inspired by Bodybuilding. I aimed to acquire knowledge in effectively implementing bulking and cutting cycles – understanding how to shed body fat while preserving muscle mass and how to enhance muscle growth while maintaining a lean physique.

    Corrective Exercise Specialist

    This certification was primarily driven by my aspiration to begin Olympic Weightlifting and address my lower back, neck, and shoulder injuries. Olympic Weightlifting demanded substantial hip and shoulder mobility and strength.

    Olympic Weightlifting Team

    For 3 years, I trained under Vasily Polovnikov, a Russian weightlifting champion and record holder, as a competitive weightlifter.

  • 2020

    Transformation Psychologist

    This certification was significantly shaped by the impact of COVID-19 and quarantine. The heightened focus on mental health prompted me to acquire skills in building stronger client relationships.
