My fitness journey began in 2008 when I started as a Swim Instructor, a role that later evolved into that of a Swim Coach in 2009. In 2014, I expanded my expertise into the realm of Personal Training, and in 2021, I took on the role of an olympic Weightlifting Coach.
My passion lies in empowering and educating individuals in fitness and nutrition.
