The T5 program is focused on lowering your body fat percentage and increasing your cardiovascular stamina. This program has been developed to maximize calories burnt while retaining as much muscle mass as possible. This allows us to effectively lose weight and tone our physique.
For this program you must be able to properly perform the bench press, conventional deadlift, and ass-to-grass squat. Training is five weeks long, four days a week, and 1:30 hours long.
