High intensity interval training

HIIT is focused on improving cardiovascular health and helping people lose weight.

Known for releasing various hormones:

  • Human growth hormone (HGH)
  • Testosterone
  • Endorphins 
  • Epinephrine (adrenaline) & norepinephrine (noradrenaline)
  • Cortisol
  • Aldosterone

rehabilitation and posture adjustments

This class is revolved around promoting healthy joints, good posture, and strengthening our core muscle. This helps to avoid common daily annoyances including but not limited to: 

  • Lower back pain
  • Arthritis
  • Gout
  • Forward neck/hunch back
  • Pinched nerves
 

intensive stretching

The intensive stretching class requires co-workers to communicate verbally and physically in order to perform deep stretches that help with: neck, shoulder, lower back, and hip tightness. This team-building activity will also develop a deeper relationship and bond of trust between workers.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training's philosophy is revolved around performing everyday heavy lifting activities with ease. By focusing on form and progressively increasing your overall strength, activities such as handling heavy boxes, groceries, luggage, or furniture should come with ease.
