Andrew W Sheng is a traveling personal trainer based in the New York City (NYC) region. In 2008, he started his career in the health and fitness industry as a swimming instructor and was later a swim coach for a co-educational catholic high school, Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School.
Andrew is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Correct Exercise Specialist, and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition certified through the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA). He is also CPR/AED and First Aid certified by the American Red Cross.
Andrew’s background in fitness initially included: bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, calisthenics, and competitive swimming. As his involvement in the fitness industry and the goals of clients’ grew, his knowledge has broadened to various fields including: aerobic exercises, boot camp workouts, corrective exercises, circuit training, HIIT, group training, kettlebell training, rehabilitation exercises, senior fitness, sport specific training, strength training, weightlifting, weight loss, and TRX training.
